Actually, I'm not yet quite familiar with Urdaneta. Anyhow, our preference is of course within or along the pheryphery of the city and if possible inside a subdivision. I also tried my own searching via internet and found out some places, although I have no idea where are the exact location of these places like Urdaneta Townhomes, Urdaneta Villas, City Homes Urdaneta, Urdaneta Teachersville, Las Villas or along the Mckinley Hi-way up to Pinmaludpod.
Thanks...

Hello Joel, Welcome to UCO & welcome to Urdaneta in advance. I hope you don't mind me asking but where are you from originally? Why are you relocating to Urdaneta? Work-related reasons perhaps? Anyway, if it's a subdivision you're looking for, Woodside (Landco Pacific/Sta Lucia) is the best Urdaneta has to offer for now but I'm not aware of any houses for rent there. It is also located along the highway in Barangay Pinmaludpod. The best way to look for a house in Urdaneta is to actually go there. I suggest looking in & around Barangays Nancayasan, Bayaoas, San Vicente & the Nancamaliran to Pinmaludpod area. A lot of nice apartments/townhouses have been built in these places in recent years so I'm sure you'll find one that suits your requirements. Plus, these barangays are situated along the city's main thoroughfares. I'm heading home this weekend. I'll inform you of any ads/vacancies I might see along the way. Good luck in finding an apartment!

Hello tracymack,
I am very thankful to your response to my queries not only from here but also to the other topic i.e. “special school”.
Well, I am from Ilocos Norte by birth, and currently living in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. We had decided to relocate to Urdaneta mainly due to family concerns. As you are aware of, I have special children, and since my in-laws are from Calasiao, Pangasinan, we think it would be better to be somewhat nearer to the relatives of my wife for the sake of the children. You know, it has been our perennial problem of having a long-term “yaya” for the children and so, my wife was forced to resign from her work. Actually, we had already acquired a lot in Woodside, but due to financial reasons, the construction of the house has not yet started so, for the meantime, we have to rent a place to live in temporarily. Unfortunately, as of this time, there is no available house for rent in that place. There are also some offers for us somewhere in Calasiao and in Dagupan, but I preferred Urdaneta so that my family could now adapt to the place.
I am planning to have my vacation probably next month. Definitely we’ll be going to Urdaneta for this purpose and if there are some prospects already, we can visit the place and at the same time to finalize the transaction as necessary.
Again, thank you very much and I hope that you can recommend me some places for this endeavor.
My best regards...

Hello Joel, Anything for a fellow Urdanetan in need of help. (In your case a future fellow Urdanetan. ;D) So you're in Sta. Rosa right now? Do you, by any chance, work for one of the semiconductor companies there? I'm in Cavite & I work at Intel. Anyway, I'm glad you guys chose Urdaneta over Dagupan or Calasiao. I guess it's a good match since you're Ilocano & Urdaneta is a predominantly Ilocano city. I am sorry to hear about the condition of your children. They are blessings and it is obvious that they are most precious to you. Your decision to relocate for their well being is admirable. I'm not promising anything but I'll try my best to get some contact numbers or whatever regarding apartments for rent. Hopefully my schedule would permit me to do so.

Joel, try the Mara Compound (mary's paradise) along Perez Street. It is just a few minutes walk from Magic Mall and always accessible to public transportation. At Php. 6,000/ month the townhouses are quite large - 2 bedrooms , 2TB and a huge compound and garden. The best part is the private pool! I don't have their number though. Here's a picture of their garden

Hello bluemaroon,
Thank you very much for your information. I believed that this is a cozy place as what had the pic and of course the rent shown in it. Anyhow, we will consider this place and definitely visit the same. Any other information or recommendation would be very much appreciated.
My best regards...

One of our church members, Mrs. Lolly Rosario, owns a newly constructed apartment near the LTO, Urdaneta City. She can also help you get a good deal on properties at the Wedgewood of Sta. Barbara (Minien East). You can contact her @ 075 624-2616.

Hi there!!!
We are looking for a house/apartment for rent somewhere in Urdaneta City, most probably within or near the city and it should be 2 to 3 bedrooms. It is quite difficult for me to do the searching as I am currently outside the country. Any information or recommendation will be very much appreciated.
TIA

Hi im Keith, Im a Medical Representative and I was assigned to cover Ophthalmologists in Reg. I. Geographically, Urdaneta City is the most suitable place for me to stay in because it is the most accessible way to go up north or western Pangasinan. I searched the net for post for apartments for rent but i was unlucky until I bumped into this page which is actually a good thing to know the ins and outs of Urdaneta. Going back to my concern, I would like to ask for help on finding a suitable place to stay in. An apartment or a room with separate bath would be perfect. Hope to move in on or before Dec 7,2012 and im looking forward to being your "karruba" if i spelled it right. Hehe! thanks in advance fellow Ilocanos!
