silvertrainer.50g.com/000call~center~training/001~intro.html/If you want to become a call center agent and apply for Minacs which is currently in full construction blast at the Sanctuary Building, you'd better prepare now. Not your typical Website. It is sequential so you will have to start from the beginning.

Hi Main Man,
Is it true that Minacs is already setting camp in the Sanctuary Bldg? Are they also setting up their offices at the 2nd floor of the public market?
Thanks.

Hi tracymack... yup, my seniors here at work are positive.
I havent seen the inside part of the sanctuary building yet but the renovation, they say, is going on.
Im not sure about the public market part though.
Spread the word around to all you knowe, especially to Urdanetans. Mag start na mag review. read books , know the website by heart - won't hurt ;D Mahirap mag cram ng English. yung iba, magaling na, denied pa rin.

Cool.
For the lurkers/ other Urdanetans out there. Same message.
Think of a regular bank teller >> must upgrade his/ her English by 600% A clinical instructor / college instructor >> by 400% to 500% These words are from a language trainer himself.
When will the Minacs opening be?
1st quarter of 2009.
Not that much time.

hi Elow,
Yes, although Minacs is a company owned by the Birla group which is of Indian origin, it caters to the American Market which means that teh agents hired by this company will still be communicating with American customers.
As for the accounts/ clients, as per confidentiality agreement, they are not allowed to divulge such information.

Unfortunately, hindi pa.
We have not heard of any other development regarding Minacs nor have we heard of any feedback on why they have delayed setting up the call center or if they will still proceed with their plans.
I am personally anxious as to how this will turn out.
Thanks for the feedback. Main Man
