Since may watsons din malapit sa Urdaneta. Just thought you should know...
At first they were just isolated stories... then parami ng parami.
Check the prices of their merchandise and watch the prices that appear at the cashier. Many of the items bear much lower price tag than what appears in their POS system. Mag-ingat.
..yes, nangyari na din sa akin, i bought a lotion na P69 lang ang tag price nya but when i'm about to pay it biglang P99 na sya, eh naipunch na ng cashier, di ko tlaga binayaran... sabi ko you have to update the pricing of the products... sabihan ba naman ako na sorry po, kasi kulang kami sa tao, kaya di agad na-update yung maga tag price nila... lumabas na lang ako ng store.. di naman sa nagkukuripot or something pero nakakadismaya kc yung ginagawa nila... dpat aksyunan yan ng management nila... or else baka wala na mag-patronize sa kanila
In my story nga pala, the customer insisted that the cashier call BPI to request cancellation of the extra charge (It was only P26. But a principle needed to be upheld, and the situation must be very annoying.), and demanded to talk to the store manager as well. Dunno what they did to buy time, but they probably sensed the rumbling armageddon. They gave the customer P26 cash so they could ask her to sign the charge slip.
So if you can help it, check nyo mga receipt nyo.
Also, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS NO RETURN POLICY
Alamin ang inyong karapatan bilang consumers.
Note: Hindi lang siguro Watsons ang may gawa so better check you receipts all the time!
